World’s second-longest Zipline being constructed in Kushma

Kushma Municipality is bringing zip line services in Chakle in near future and claims this to be the second-longest in the world. Mayor of Kushma Municipality, Ram Chandra Joshi laid the foundation stone for the zip line on Friday. Harness Zip Line Private Limited is constructing this 1,400 meters long aerial runway. The cost of which is estimated to be Rs 1.1 million. Moreover, the company is also constructing a resort along the banks of the Kali Gandaki River. It will be the destination of the zip line service, says proprietor Sagar Joshi. Meanwhile, with bungee jump already established around the location, a zip line will add to the tourist attraction in the district.

Currently, Dhulikhel zipline is ruling the Nepali zipline market. Kusma is popular for Bungee jumping in the current time. Kushma Bungee is the world’s second-highest bungee and Kusma swing is the world’s highest canyon swing.

So for adventure lovers Kushma is the must visit place in Nepal.
